refine(medicine): 按易莉《学术写作原来是这样》原则重写两篇医学文章
- 去除 AI 味元叙述（"值得记住的总结""反直觉的细节"等）
- 术语锚定：全文统一"间接胆红素""吉尔伯特综合征"，不再混用
- 动词化改写名词化长链，缩短主谓距离
- 胆红素篇补入 2023 Circulation Research 机制证据与 2024 韩日 MR
- 引用核验：PMID 全部可解析，胆红素篇 29 条、BMI 篇 13 条
